The Kooks are at the Paradise tonite promoting their album “KONK” which was released here in April. A great room to see this band…if you were lucky enough to get tickets. The show is sold out. What do you expect?? It’s an 18+ show and tix were only $20.
Have no fear there’s other shows. In Cambridge, The Middle East Downstairs has Christian Death, Baby Boy H and Tombs for the 18+ crowd. Tickets are $20.
The Middle East Upstairs has Sleepercar and Harris. Tix are just $10.
Around the corner at TT the Bears it’s their “Other side of the Bear Acoustic Series,” Mikey P kicks things off at 8:45 and Ken Wade hits the stage an hour later. It’s a great deal…just a $3 cover charge.
Up the street at The Plough and Stars, they have DJ Ryantheterrible playing some tunes for ya.
The Sox are off today. So get out there and support local music.
