One of my favorite live bands, Pearl Jam, is in town for two shows. Tonite and Monday. Which means that they have a free day to do whatever they want. They love Boston and they’re good friends with Theo Epstein from the Red Sox. There might be some tickets kicking around. Tickets range from $42- $62. Here’s their set list from Hartford last night:
Lyle Lovett is at the Cape Cod Melody Tent. Tickets are just $45.
Richard Thompson is up North at the Boarding House in Lowell as part of their summer music series. Tickets are an affordable $25.

All for just $9.
Johnny D’s in Somerville has R&B funk with Chicken Slacks.
The Lizard Lounge has The Amity Front w/Rusty Belle. $10 will get you into that show.
