Alyssa Sullivan is a 24-year-old resident of Glassboro, NJ. She was born and raised in Cape May Court House, NJ. She recently graduated from Rowan University where she received her bachelor's in Journalism.

Last spring, she interned at 6abc Action News. She went on to intern at Fox 29 in the fall where she appeared on-air managing the Good Day Philadelphia Complaint Corner. Alyssa recently wrapped up her most recent endeavor as a member of the college associate program at Fox News in NYC with Fox and Friends. She also spent time at the Rowan Television Network as an anchor and field reporter. She is pursuing a career as a TV reporter/anchor and cannot wait to begin that new chapter of her life. She is already fielding offers from several stations and is deciding on which one will be her home.

Alyssa is also a local titleholder in the Miss New Jersey Scholarship Organization. She placed 1st runner up to Miss New Jersey in Atlantic City, last summer, and looks forward to heading back there next June to compete in what will be her last year of eligibility. She hopes to be granted the job and fulfill her dream of being on the Miss America stage to carry out her social impact initiative of Peer Challenge Commit2Character. This program focuses on educating students about the dangers of drinking and taking drugs, as well as educating others about bullying and teen pregnancy.

An accomplished singer, she has performed with Kate Flannery who played Meredith on the NBC hit The Office. Alyssa also filmed as a featured extra on Netflix’s original series Insatiable.
