From farm to your drink, Simply Bella's provides a unique cocktail experience using local New Jersey produce.
First stop, Muth Family Farm in Williamstown, New Jersey. Bob and Leda, owners of the farm, started as a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) back in 2001, but now serve as a local farm stand for the community.
I was first introduced to farm by Mary Ellen, the sister of Bob and owner of Muth Flower Farm across the street. We initially met at the Haddonfield market, and now we are actively brainstorming ideas to incorporate her flowers to the mix!
By the way, Muth is pronounced like tooth, but with an "M". I already made that mistake!
Muth Family Farm has now become a regular stop for me as I enjoy their kale, squash, peppers and more! If you have the chance, stop in soon, as the season is coming to an end and you do not want to miss out.
