Holiday pop-up bars are always a good time, but sometimes you just want to mix a solid drink at home without all the hassle. The idea of having bar-quality drinks without needing a ton of ingredients is pretty tempting. Might be worth trying out, especially for hosting—just gotta decide if it beats making everything from scratch.
