In a recent interview with legendary musician Nancy Wilson from the iconic rock band Heart, she talks about her remarkable musical journey, not being afraid to talk politics and even being choreographed by Paula Abdul .
Heart will be rockin' their over five decades of hits at Hard Rock Casino & Hotel in Atlantic City, Etess Arena on Saturday May, 31st at 8pm. GET TICKETS HERE. According to their website, HEART will be performing their catalog of global chart-topping classic hits including “Magic Man”, “Barracuda”, “Crazy on You” and “These Dreams”.
The current members of HEART feature Nancy Wilson (rhythm, lead and acoustic guitar, backing and lead vocals), Ann Wilson (lead vocals and flute), Ryan Wariner (lead and rhythm guitar), Ryan Waters (guitars), Paul Moak (guitars, keyboards and backing vocals), Tony Lucido (bass and backing vocals) and Sean T Lane (drums and bike).
During our interview, Wilson revealed the inspiration behind some of Heart's most beloved hits and candidly discusses the evolution of the band, working with her sister, and even some political views - including the new Pope!
We discuss Ann's health and her performance in a wheelchair, the role social media plays in her world, along with a more light hearted moment when she recalls trying to be choreographed by the one-and-only Paula Abdul.
