This Mother's Day, treat mom to a special brunch at Rosa Mexicano with their elevated fiesta a la carte menu- served all day long. Guests can start with a mimosa flight, choosing from Rosa's four juice choices - classic, pomegranate, mango, or guava - and choose from a variety of delicious main dishes including Blistered Corn and Zucchini Frittata. RHYTHM & SPIRITS AND BAR|32 CHOCOLATE TEAM UP FOR MOTHER’S DAY CHOCOLATE BRUNCH EXPERIENCE Rhythm & Spirits and BAR|32 have joined forces to create a chocolate focused brunch featuring both sweet and savory signature items like Rhythm & Spirits signature carbonara with BAR|32 Stromfather 2.0 glazed Neuske’s bacon tossed with bucatini, egg, butter and Pecorino Romano. The Italian American Waffle, a Belgium sugar pearl waffle topped with our housemate calabro ricotta cannoli cream and orange marmalade and drizzled with BAR|32 bean to bar dark chocolate. For $40 a person guests will enjoy any entree from our menu that includes pizza, salads, and sandwiches from Cuzzie’s Pizzeria in addition to signature entrees, breakfast, and desserts from BAR|32 and Rhythm & Spirits. Our executive chef will also debut new feature menu items for this special brunch like our Southern Fried Chicken Benedict served over a Belgium Sugar Pearl Waffle with hot sauce hollandaise. Included in your meal is endless mimosas, aperol spritz, Bloody Mary and our signature frosé featuring Hampton Water Rosé for an hour and a half. All Mother’s will be treated to a flower in Rhythm & Spirits and a special chocolate creation in BAR|32 made exclusively for the occasion by our resident Mom, Nicole Callazzo.
