Are you a comic book lover who's dying to get your hands on some new and exciting additions to your collection? Look no further than Hamilton Mall's Free Comic Book Day Extravaganza in Mayslanding, NJ on May 6th!
This years event promises to be bigger and better than ever before with a range of exciting vendors, comic creators, and a cosplay contest. The festival will run from 10am-5pm, with plenty of fun for the whole family - so make sure you come along and join in with all the action.
One of the event's biggest draws is, of course, the selection of free comics available for every attendee. But that's not all, as there will be tons of other activities to keep everyone entertained.
The Brymax brothers along with other creators will be making a special appearance. These well-known faces are sure to attract even more people to Hamilton Mall's already-popular event.
Don't forget about the cosplay competition, where the most imaginative and creative costume-clad attendees will have their chance to strut their stuff. But watch your clocks - participants need to begin lining up in the designated area (near the FCBD Main Event Stage) no later than 3 PM. The contest itself will begin at 3:15 PM sharp, so make sure you're on time!
Participants will only be eligible to win if they have a Contestant Number they were given upon filling out their official entry form.
Rules for the cosplay contest are as follows. Each Contestant may present one costume and be entered into only one category. For Group entries, each member may wear one costume per person in the group or may wear one costume together. In addition, costumes must allow Contestants enough freedom of movement so that they can walk freely and present themselves to the judges when required. Should assistance be needed, Contestants personally provide it.
