Hoagie Holiday Poker Classic Brings Poker, Prizes & Holiday Giving to Rivers Casino Philadelphia

Poker for a purpose! A special charity tournament on November 14 will bring players together for a night of competition, giveaways and giving back to South Jersey families.

Who says you can't have a little fun while making a difference?

This November, poker players from Philadelphia, South Jersey and beyond are invited to put their skills to the test for a great cause at the Hoagie Holiday Poker Classic, happening Saturday, November 14, 2026, at 5:15 p.m. inside the Rivers Poker Room at Rivers Casino Philadelphia.

Hosted by BetRivers Poker Ambassadors Keith Becker and Anthony “Hoagie” Cicali, this one-night event combines competitive poker, cash prizes, exciting giveaways and, most importantly, an opportunity to help local families during the holiday season.

And here's the best part: $30 from every $170 tournament buy-in will benefit the Riverside Turners Club Give A Christmas program, which helps provide holiday food baskets to families throughout South Jersey.

A Winning Hand for South Jersey Families

The holidays are a time for celebrating, gathering with loved ones and giving back. Unfortunately, for some families, putting food on the table during the holiday season can be a challenge.

That's where the Riverside Turners Club in Riverside, New Jersey, steps in.

Through its Give A Christmas program, the organization works to provide food baskets filled with essential items to families who could use a little extra support.

The initiative is organized by Joanne Samero, alongside dedicated Riverside Turners Club members and volunteers who help assemble and distribute the baskets.

Proceeds from the Hoagie Holiday Poker Classic will help purchase food and other necessities for these holiday deliveries.

It's a wonderful reminder that sometimes the biggest wins happen away from the poker table.

Meet the Hosts: Keith Becker & Anthony “Hoagie” Cicali

Two familiar faces in the regional poker community will be helping bring this event to life.

Keith Becker is a Pennsylvania-based BetRivers Poker Ambassador, poker player and content creator known for his involvement in live tournaments, poker streams and promotional events. Through his content, Becker helps showcase the excitement of both live poker and regulated online gaming throughout Pennsylvania.

Joining him is South Jersey's own Anthony “Hoagie” Cicali, a BetRivers Poker Ambassador and content creator who has been involved in the regulated online gaming industry since 2015.

Hoagie has built a following through poker, casino streaming, podcasts, social media and live events, while also participating in charitable initiatives throughout the region.

With strong personal ties to Riverside, New Jersey, this particular event carries an extra special local connection for Cicali.

Together, Becker and Cicali are bringing the poker community together for an evening that's about more than just winning money.

Big Stacks, Cash Prizes & Eagles Ticket Giveaways!

Of course, there's plenty of excitement planned at the tables!

The Hoagie Holiday Poker Classic will feature a $170 No-Limit Hold'em Monster Stack tournament, giving participants an 85,000-chip starting stack with 20-minute levels.

In addition to competing for cash prizes, players can look forward to potential Philadelphia Eagles ticket giveaways, along with other prizes and bonuses expected throughout the evening.

Whether you're a regular at the poker tables or simply love the excitement of tournament play, the event promises an entertaining atmosphere with a meaningful charitable mission.
