Christmas in The City of Brotherly Love

Love Park transformed into the beautiful German-styled market known as Christmas Village.

Christmas Village- Love Park is a Philly favorite especially this time of year when it’s full of the holiday spirit. Christmas Village is a german- style market open now until Christmas Eve! They have made many adjustments this year to be as safe as possible with the pandemic. Vendors are spaced out from one another, there is a one way entrance into the village, sanitization stations are placed all throughout the village, and all food/beverage consuming areas are outdoors.

What can you find here? 50+ vendors featuring traditional European food/beverages, holiday favorite sweets, and a family friendly shopping experience!

My tips for a great visit:

  • Dress warm on the colder days since this is an outdoor attraction.

  • Visit during the week to avoid larger crowds. This will also help with social distancing!

  • Try the “deluxe apple cider”, it was an absolutely delicious beverage to enjoy while keeping me warm!

Philly's Christmas Village sounds amazing! Love the idea of a German-style market. Wish I could teleport there for some "deluxe apple cider" and maybe some early holiday gift shopping! This is unmatched ego and a cool tradition for Philly, but a totally different scene from the intense 3v3 battles in Unmatched Ego!
