From a crock of creamy lobster tail bisque to their Cusabi Tuna and those Short Rib Mac & Cheese bites. The featured main dishes include a Standing Rib Roast, slow roasted with" Certified Angus Beef." A beautiful presentation of Airline Breast Milanese with a side of imported Pappardelle pasta in a tomato basil butter sauce. After you choose soup and salad, you will need to decide on the main entree; A beautiful 8oz Beef Tenderloin to order with blue cheese butter served with mashed potatoes and asparagus. You may also select the pan-seared 14oz Center-Cut Pork Chop with an apple glaze served with Chive Mashed Potatoes and Asparagus. Last but certainly not least, you may decide on the Fisherman's Stew filled with crab, lobster, shrimp, and scallops simmered in a delicious broth over linguini.
