What You Need To Know | Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa to Reopen on July 26th

Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa announces their reopening to the public on July 26th.

Here's what you can experience upon at their resort:


All guests will be required to wear masks in public areas at Borgata. In compliance with the governor's executive order, smoking is prohibited.

  • Parking: We will welcome NOIR guests to Valet. All other guests should park in the self park garage. The Water Club Valet & surface parking lot will be closed.

  • Drop-Off/Pick-Up: Please use the Porte Cochere for all pick-up and drop-off, including rideshare and taxi. AC Jitney drop-off and pick-up will be at the North Entrance located by Bobby Flay Steak and Race & Sports Book.

  • Hotel Lobby: The Hotel Lobby will be retrofitted to allow for spacious queuing and physical barriers to protect interactions with our Front Desk Representatives.

  • Pre-Registration: Guests can pre-register their hotel room shortly before arrival by calling: 609.317.7272. You will receive a text once your room is ready.

  • Lobby Hosts: Team members with mobile devices will be stationed in the lobby to assist guests that would rather not wait in the line at the Front Desk. They will receive a text once their room is ready.

  • Standard Check-In: Only the main guest of the reservation should be waiting in the line to help with social distancing.


Gaming with us has changed. Here’s how:

  • In compliance with the governor's executive order, smoking on the casino floor is prohibited.

  • Hand washing stations and hand sanitizers available for use by players and dealers.

  • Increased frequency in sanitation of all tables actively being used.

  • The number of customers will be limited in accordance with local gaming regulations.

  • Guests will be asked to refrain from standing beside or behind customers playing.

  • Where applicable, polycarbonate barriers or similar alternatives may be installed

  • Increased frequency in sanitation of all machines, kiosks and ATMs.

  • Alternating slot machines will be disabled.

  • Outdoor Dining: Introducing Sunbar at The Water Club and Borgata Street Eats Food & Beer Trucks, available for outdoor food and drink service, as well as the existing Borgata Beer Garden. Guests will utilize digital innovations such as QR codes for menus and text messaging for seating availability.

  • BorgataEATS: restaurant food take-out and in-room delivery; allows guests to order meals from Borgata eateries like Old Homestead Steak House, Noodles of the World, and Bread + Butter to enjoy in the comfort of their guest room or home.   • Grab & Go: The Marketplace Eatery, Borgata Baking Company, and Starbucks will also be available for walk-up service.

  • In-room Dining: available 24/7 for Borgata hotel guests.

  • Indoor Dining: will remain closed per the Governor’s directive.


  • Borgata Outdoor Pool: Pool chairs will be socially distanced and are on a first come, first served basis. Exclusively for Borgata hotel guests 21 years of age and older.

  • Borgata Beach Shuttle: Beach shuttle drop off and pick up are in the porte cochere. Available Saturdays and Sundays, weather permitting, to guests of all ages.

  • All indoor pools are closed.
