The Ultimate Guide of Everything To Do in Las Vegas During The Global Pandemic


It has come to my attention that a much needed tour guide of everything do in Las Vegas has become essential. As you read below, you will find the ultimate list of everything on and off the strip, that you can visit in Vegas - post pandemic. 


The places listed below are my absolute favorites - in no specific order. They are located both on and off the Strip. My advice when visiting Vegas is don't be scared to see whats beyond just the strip. There are so many hidden gems!


Restaurants:

  • Black Out

If you're interested in a unique dining experience, Black Out would be the best place. Immerse yourself in a dark dining attraction, while feasting on a 5 to 7 course dinner.

  • Capo's Restaurant and Speakeasy

Capo's is a Chicago Mob themed restaurant located right off of the strip. The secret entrance leads you into dark surroundings, live music, and Italian specialities.

  • Herbs and Rye

Dim and moody restaurant lounge, serving handcrafted cocktails and classic American & Italian fare.

  • Lamaii

Lamia is a Modern Thai Eatery with cocktails and wines located in China Town right off of the strip.

  • TAO

The lush environment of TAO is located on the upper level of Doge's Palace inside the Venetian tower. Culinary elements from China, Japan, and Thailand are combined to create a menu packed with bold flavors.

  • Sparrow and Wolf

This is a modern eatery with craft beer & cocktails serving innovative international bites in a stylish space.

  • Bella Vita

Enjoy hand-crafted authentic Italian food with speciality cocktails and live music in a sleek atmosphere. While dining at Bella Vita you will feel like family, and it will surely be a night to remember! Bella Vita is located in the heart of the District in Green Valley Ranch. Look out for two more locations coming to Las Vegas in 2021. Be sure to ask for me when you stop by.


  • Beauty and Essex

TAO group does it again. Beauty and Essex provides an energetic dining experience located at The Cosmopolitan.

  • SW

This is an award winning steakhouse located at the Wynn right on the Strip. At SW you will enjoy an amazing steakhouse dinner while watching the Lake of Dreams show.

  • Cut by Wolfgang Puck

Located at The Palazzo Las Vegas, Cut by Wolfgang Puck offers exceptional service and unique culinary.

  • Carmine's Italian Restaurant

The famous Carmine's Italian Restaurant is located in the heart of The Forum Shops right in Caesar's Palace. What makes Carmine's so unique is they are known for their Southern Italian styled cuisine that provides every guest with generous portions. This is the perfect place for family, friends, weddings, bachelor and bachelorette parties etc. When you go with a large group tell them Giovanna said, "Ask for the Secret Menu." You won't be disappointed or hungry when you leave!

  • Virgil's Real Barbecue

Located in The Linq, Virgil's is the best BBQ in Las Vegas and that's a fact. Enjoy a crafty cocktail or beer while enjoying some of the most amazing southern BBQ.

  • Lavo

Lavo is located in the Palazzo right on the strip. If you're looking for an amazing Italian dinner with chic ambiance then look no further! Don't miss weekend brunch!

  • Mott 32

Is Chinese your favorite? Mott 32 is the place to go for modern Chinese food located at the Venetian right on the strip.

  • STK

Not your daddy's steakhouse. That's a fact! STK provides exceptional food while enjoying a sexy vibe created by their in house DJ.

  • Chef Marc's Trattoria

Located at the Ahern Hotel on Sahara and The Strip. At Chef Marc's you will enjoy authentic styled Italian food in a cozy atmosphere. It's worth the Uber ride.

  • Locale Italian Kitchen

Honored by a James Beard award in 2019, Locale is located off The Strip. Locale provides exceptional service and hand crafted Italian food while enjoying their friendly staff and amazing atmosphere.

  • Beauty and Essex

TAO group does it again. Beauty and Essex provides an energetic dinning experience located at The Cosmopolitan.

  • Chicago Joes

This is a staple in Las Vegas with a lot of history, Chicago Joe's is located in Downtown Vegas. At Chicago Joe's you will enjoy homestyle Italian food in their pretentious atmosphere.

  • The Italian American Club

This is an old-timer supper club providing guests with Italian eats, a full bar, and live music. It's something like no other!


Quick Bites:

  • Dirty Dogs- If you're a hot dog lover this is definitely your spot. Best hot dogs - hands down.

  • Golden Puffs- Offers a unique Greek donut pastry located in the Bizarre Shops at Bally's. Tell them Giovanna sent you.

  • Crumbl- For all my cookie lovers, make sure you stop by.

  • Pink Box- 24 hour donut hut offering over 25+ different types of donuts.

Pizza:

Nothing is like East Coast pizza here in Vegas, and that's just the sad honest truth. But if your'e craving pizza while visiting Vegas, I highly recommend the places listed below. They have become my ultimate favorite:

  • Brooklyn's Best

  • Secret Pizza

  • Good Pie

  • Settebello Pizzeria Napoletana

  • Metro Pizza

  • Evel Pie

  • Pizza Rock

Shopping:

One thing we have the best of is shopping. The malls listed below are my favorites places to shop and I hope you can experience them while in town.

  • The Forum Shops- Located at Caesar's Palace.

  • Crystals- Located at Aria.

  • Fashion Show Mall- Located across the street from the Wynn and Encore.

  • Canal Shops- Located at the Venetian.

  • Downtown Summerlin- Located in Summerlin.

  • The District- Located at Green Valley Ranch in Henderson.

  • Haute Chix- Located in Southern Highland's. My favorite boutique here in Las Vegas. This is owned by a young woman who is now someone I call a friend. She used to sell clothes out of her car and now she has a beautiful store. It's love stories like these and being able to support young women who have a goal and don't stop until it's achieved. Go Jelly!

Activities: 

Depending on what you like to do, Las Vegas has so many different things to do. That's what makes this city so unique in my opinion. I have listed below everything I think is worth while when visiting this beautiful town.

Night Out On The Town:

In a Pandemic, speaking for myself, we all crave that night out once in a while. Listed below are the places that I have experienced on and off The Strip. What I look for when I go out on the town is an amazing atmosphere, dope vibe, and good music. All the places I have listed below carry 2 out of the 3 things that I mentioned above. It just depends on where you want to take your evening.
